DFL Party Lauds Constitutional Amendment for Equality, Encourages Legislators to Support It (Press Release)
“While the law has advanced far in guaranteeing equal rights for women, it still took an act of Congress just last year to vindicate the principle of equal pay for equal work, even though that principle was supposedly enacted into law four decades ago,” said State Chair Brian Melendez. “The DFL Party strongly supports Senate File 3191, the Constitutional Amendment for Equality.”
